thanks chaps for all your help
Once again we visited Rothley Station, the weather was on our side. A team of 13 brave members, headed by Medium Dave Vickers, searched for paranormal activity and were not disappointed.
Throughout the night many team members saw unexplainable movement in the shadows. 3 separate members reported seeing, what looked like, a gent standing at the end of the platform. Each member described the figure, and all gave similar descriptions. The gent appeared to be a middle aged gent, dressed in a long coat, similar to the way they would dress in the 1940's. Was this an apparition or the imagination of 3 people at 3 different times? You decide.
A small group tried glass turning in the old station block with good results, the spirit energy of a little boy made himself known. Many spirit energies were sensed throughout the whole of the night.
The most eerie place of the evening was down near a storage shed. The shed is some 300 yds down the track, southbound. We did not venture down their on our last visit, so did not know what was there.
It was here that several team members witnessed an unexplainable shadow moving around the outside of the building. We did investigate to make sure that it was not a real person present. Nobody of the physical world was there. The energies felt very unnerving, one team member had her hair tugged and others reported feeling nauseous. Even our medium Dave Vickers, admitted he was apprehensive about venturing around the outside of the building. He did , though reluctantly, try to communicate with the energy. He described the energy as the presence of a hunched chap in what appeared overalls, lurking about. His energy was strong and caused a little fear in most of the group. The energy, sorry no name was given, did not mind the fact that his presence was threatening. We did try to capture his presence on camera, but no success I'm afraid.
Much more activity was experienced throughout the night. In fact we did not really get time to investigate all the rooms at the station, so we will be going back again in 2009.
