THE SPIRITUAL CHAKRA
CHAKRA - The Sanskrit word meaning "wheel".
A wheel of energy continuously turning each CHAKRA at a different speed.
There are 7 major chakra centres of the physical body through which vital energy flows and intersects.
It is said that one reason why people fall ill is due to their chakras becoming out of alignment.
They become imbalanced or blockages occur restricting the flow of energy.
Although there are many chakra centres, we tend to concentrate on the 7 major ones as these are believed to be the most spiritually powerful.
