A team of 11 attended this vigil headed by Spiritual Mediums Dave Vickers & Paul Wright. Our vigil started at approx 10.15pm with the team dividing into 2. The teams were as follows:

Team 1s report: Our fist location was in the tuning room. Here both Paul Wright & Dave picked up on the energy of a man who gave is name as Ernest, Paul also got the surname Bradshaw/Bradmore. Marshall was also another name heard being called out. Both Sam & Dave reported seeing and sensing the presence of a cat. No actual cat was present within the foundry, just the spirit energy of one. The EMF meter readings in the tuning room fluctuated when team members were picking up on spirit presences, coincidence or electrical energy changes due to spirit? You decide. Wendy, Dave & Sam, throughout the time spent in the tuning room, felt as if there had been pushed/nudged by an unknown energy. The team then moved to the other part of the same building, the main workshop area. Whilst in this area Paul Wright was drawn to the machinery near to the woodworking area. As he walked to the area he saw and felt the strong presence of a slim, dark haired gentleman with swept back hair. In the same area the names of Jack Reynolds, Morris and Horace were picked up on. Throughout the whole workshop the whole team felt as if they were being watched, and many saw dark shadows that appeared to move. In an office near to the paint shop, Dave, Paul, Cara and Wendy felt uneasy. Feelings of nausea was experienced. Dave felt as though he was being pushed in the shoulder and Paul felt quite anxious. An uneasy feeling was felt by all here. An unexplained light was seen within a lock office, this WAS NOT a reflection from another light source. Other occurrences of being pushed and nudged by all team members were also noted.

Team1s 2^nd location:

Not much was felt by the team in the furnace room, however some unexplainable shadows and orbs were caught on camera.

Team 2 report: Team 2 started in the furnace room. As the team started the vigil Paul & Sharon picked up on the name of Jack, Sharon also reported hearing the surname of Reynolds. In part of the furnace room Dean reported hear the name of Robert, he felt the presence of a man in a dark grey suit and was given the name Taylor. Was this the spirit of the late Robert Taylor? In a back room Sharon felt as though something was a miss, something connected to an accident that resulted in loss of life, but could not pin point it exactly as she felt it was not connected to the furnace room. She also picked up a small boy. Billy?

Team 2 - 2^nd location: Upon entering the 2^nd location Paul decided to let his team spilt so they could cover more of the building. As they walked around Dean stated that he saw a shadowy figure looking through the windows of an office to his left. Linda also reported seeing ,what appeared, as a small child near to the stairs. She also reported feeling slightly sickly. Members of team 2 also saw a felt the presence of a cat. As Dean walked past the area near the woodworking area he went very cold and in his minds eye saw a thin gentleman with a moustaches and swepted back hair. Paul and other team members throughout the night heard whispering. They also asked for some indication from spirit that they were watching the team, at this point a generator started up then went straight off again. No timer or other device was fitted to the generator, was this an electrical glitch or a message from spirit?

Light anomalies/orbs were captured of many pictures and camcorders.

After the vigil both teams compared there findings. Here are the comparisons and confirmations given from Robert of the Bell Foundry.

Paul Wright & Dean both described the same gentleman, confirmed later by Robert Bracegirdle of the foundry, that it is reported Edmund Taylor is reported to haunt that location. The description fitted.

Dave, Sam, Cara, Sharon and Lyn all sensed a cat.

Dave & Sharon picked up on the name Jack Reynolds.

Paul Wright, Dave and Paul picked up on the name of Ernest.

Sharon picked up on an accident. The machinery that a small boy was crushed to death in had been taken from the yard and stored in the back room of the furnace room.

Both teams had members that reported being pushed and nudged.

Both teams felt and reported seeing many shadowy figures around the whole foundry.

All in all a very good vigil and a location we hope to return to next year.
